throughout the cruise to the best of our ability. Except where prohibited by
law or statute, we accept no liability for injury to persons, which includes
illness and death, nor for loss of or damage to property. We cannot be held
responsible for other carriers whose actions may result in passengers failing to
meet these conditions.

UVP Pass

Tourism operators within the Kimberley locality have been advised fee charges will now apply to access
native title determination areas and/or individual sites along the Kimberley coast. As a result the fees
and consequent increase schedule will need to be passed onto the visitors who will incur additional costs
to access country whilst cruising along the Kimberley coast. We support traditional owners and their right
to charge to access country and will continue to foster positive relationships to support the development
of traditional product in the region which will seek to enrich existing tourism experiences along the
Kimberley coast.
Current outcome hosts the native title access fees as unknown / yet to be determined / open to future changes,
subsequently we are unable to include these fees in our current and future cruise pricing.
Therefore native title access fees will be charged in addition to the cost of your cruise.
We anticipate this to be a short term solution while the government work with industry to negotiate a
Kimberley tourism pass with native title groups. Please note the fees apply to numerous native title
determination areas along the Kimberley that we access as part of our cruises between Broome and Darwin.
